The American Heart Association celebrated its 30th anniversary and hired Deseo Events to manage and produce all major components of their prestigious annual gala. The black tie affair took place at Navy Pier Grand Ballroom and hosted 900 guests. The Décor simulated a vintage era. The two major challenges were to display more than 300 items for the silent auction. For That, DE created two level stations for all items and rearranged the sitting areas to the middle of the auction room with circular lounges. Decorative acrylic towers showcased a timeline of events in the history of AHA and candelabras adorned every table, guests were wowed by the ambiance and enjoyed a beautiful night of gala and giving.
